PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of sufficiently opening an image forming conveyance path and a reversal conveyance path by a simple structure for surely removing a jammed paper.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 10 includes; the image forming conveyance path L1; the reversal conveyance path L3; an opening/closing cover 12, a conveyance guide member 70 forming the image forming conveyance path L1 with an apparatus body 11 and forming the reversal conveyance path L3 with the opening/closing cover 12; a second lock member 71 locking the conveyance guide member 70, an unlock member 14 releasing a locked condition between the opening/closing cover 12 and the conveyance guide member 70. The second lock member 71 is rotationally journaled to the conveyance guide member 70, forms a projection part 71d capable of contacting with an engagement member 13 of the opening/closing cover 12 by the rotation, and turns in conjunction with release of the locked condition by the unlock member 14. The engagement part 13 is brought into contact with the projection part 71d while the conveyance guide member 70 is turned with respect to the apparatus body 11 in conjunction with opening action of the opening/closing cover 12 by the second lock member 71. |
