<p>The candle molding such as tea-light or maxi-light (1), comprises a cylindrical burning body having an outer surface, an outer diameter, a header level (2) with an inner diameter of 25 mm and a head edge (3), a centrally axially arranged wick, and a wick channel (4). The header level is designed from the head edge to candles toward the center, which is parallel to its horizontal and/or concave curved sinking axes. The head of a circumferential edge has thickness of 1.5 mm, and a gradient is formed to the outer side of 75-150% with a concave edge profile. The candle molding such as tea-light or maxi-light (1), comprises a cylindrical burning body having an outer surface, an outer diameter, a header level (2) with an inner diameter of 25 mm and a head edge (3), a centrally axially arranged wick, and a wick channel (4). The header level is designed from the head edge to candles toward the center, which is parallel to its horizontal and/or concave curved sinking axes. The head of a circumferential edge has thickness of 1.5 mm, and a gradient is formed to the outer side of 75-150% with a concave edge profile. The wick channel is disposed to the burning body, has the outer diameter of 35-60 mm and a diameter of 1.5-5 mm, and includes a tea light head between the wick and the wick channel in the upper side area. The wick channel of a circulating gap is 0.1-0.5 mm. The ratio of head margin width and the outer diameter is 5-8%. The void fraction within the burning body is 0-2%. The void fraction having maximum void fraction of 5% within the burning body decreases radially towards the center. A protruding section of the wick over the burning body is coated with a raw mixture having increased proportion of viscous high-melting fuel. The burning body is made from a raw material mixture having an average melting point radially increasing towards the centre by 5[deg] C and further with average melting viscosity radially increasing towards the center. The molded burning body is made from a raw mixture having increased proportion of heat-resistant discrete melt and optically strongly scattering fuel having void fraction of 0-1%, a circulating gap of 0.1 mm between the wick and wick channel in upper side of the tea light head, and a concave shaped edge of 2 mm thick with 100% gradient and a concave header level till the depth of the edges.</p> |
