<p>The present invention discloses a method and device for coarse synchronization of a sub-frame, and includes: a terminal samples digital baseband signals, and performs the hard decision to the sampled signals to get the sign bits of the sampled signals; the terminal intercepts a virtual sub-frame from the sign bits of the sampled signals, performs the differential operation to the adjacent sampled signals points of each intercepted virtual sub-frame, and gets the differential hard decision virtual sub-frame data; the terminal accumulates several differential hard decision virtual sub-frame data, and removes the sign bits of each sampled signals point of the accumulation result; the terminal searches the position which has the characteristics of the downlink synchronization code from the accumulation result. The present invention is based on the hard decision data accumulation design, avoids the automatic gain control (AGC) attempt, introduces the differential operation to eliminate the effect of the phase and channel, and thus eliminates the dependence of the cell search coarse synchronization on many factors, for example a radio frequency device, the bit width of an analog to digital converter, and the dynamic range of the downlink signal, and improves the stability of the cell search coarse synchronization process obviously.</p> |
