The gear box has multiple transfer members (3) arranged between an output element (2) i.e. gear wheel, and a drive element (1) i.e. ring (5), in a radial plane. The ring surrounds the output element and the transfer member radially. A supporting cam (7) and a roller (6) arranged at the ring are held in an inner peripheral side contact surface (9) by pressing force that is applied from a spring (8). The contact surface comprises a ramp-like projection (10) that causes rotation of the drive element for pivoting the transfer member, where the projection is designed in form of a cam.
