FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, and can be applied for treating chronic anal fissure. It involves exploration of an anal canal. It is followed sparing anal divulsion. An external sentinel pile is grasped and fixed by an Aliss clamp. It is followed by bipolar electric coagulation of tissues located between clamp branches of a Liga Sure apparatus outside-in and alternatively to the right, to the left along the mid-line with covering an internal sentinel pile. The fissure is excised by surgical scissors along an external edge of "a weld". Fibres of an intrinsic sphincter are grasped by the branches of the Liga Sure apparatus and graduated spincterotomy is carried out. ^ EFFECT: method allows decreasing primary wound contamination, reducing length of surgery, relieving postoperative pain syndrome. ^ 2 ex, 1 dwg |
