PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric insulating heat-conductive sheet having high thermal conductivity as well as additional characteristics such as flexibility, and to provide a heat radiation device using the sheet.SOLUTION: The heat-conductive sheet comprises a resin composition containing nonspherical particles (A), an organic polymer compound (B) having a carboxyl group, a curing agent (C) and an additive (D) having an amino group, wherein the nonspherical particles (A) are oriented in the heat-conductive sheet, with the major axis of the particle (A) along the thickness direction of the sheet. |
