PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the processing load of an external device by detecting a dislocation and performing backup at the time of the detection.SOLUTION: A portable memory 3 includes an emission unit 7 for emitting light of a predetermined wavelength; a light receiving unit 8 for receiving light of the predetermined wavelength; and a memory control unit 33 which transmits, when the light quantity of light received by the light receiving unit 8 is smaller than a predetermined threshold, a signal to an information processor 1 to backup data. The memory control unit 33 controls the emission unit 7 to emit the light of the predetermined wavelength when a memory interface unit 32 is installed to an interface unit 22 of the information processing processor 1. |
