PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth bonding apparatus preventing the relative positions of cloths from sliding when cutting the cloths.SOLUTION: The cloth bonding apparatus works as follows: a first pulley 25 rotates a feed belt 27 for feeding cloth; the feed belt 27 depresses the cloths with an upper feed roller to bond the cloths with each other; a first blade 35 rotates along with the rotation of the first pulley 25; a second blade-driving unit 70 drives a second blade body 701; a second blade 721 repeatedly comes into contact with and separates from the first blade 35; the first blade 35 and the second blade 721 cut the cloths on the right side of a position where the feed belt 27 and the upper feed roller depress the cloths; a suction pipe 81 sucks scraps generated when the cloths are cut; and a position where the first blade 35 and the second blade 721 cut the cloths can be shifted in a horizontal direction.
