PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, method and program for control of authority, for performing precise authority control according to an operation state of a system as a monitoring object.SOLUTION: A control unit 21 of a monitoring server 20 acquires operation information from a monitoring object system 10, and checks for failure occurrence. When the occurrence of failure in the monitoring object system 10 is determined, the control unit 21 of the monitoring server 20 notifies the occurrence of failure. A control unit 51 of a dynamic authority management server 50 specifies, upon receipt of the notification of failure occurrence, a person in charge of operation registered for a failure occurrence server. The control unit 51 instructs an authentication management server 30 to validate a specified user ID. Thereafter, the control unit 51 of the dynamic authority management server 50 instructs, upon receipt of a notification of failure restoration, the authentication management server 30 to invalidate the user ID temporarily validated for the failure occurrence server. |
