PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a composition related to Alzheimer's disease, specifically proteins that are differentially expressed in the Alzheimer's disease state relative to their expression in the normal state, proteins associated with the Alzheimer's disease being identified and described, and to provide a diagnosis method for Alzheimer's disease using the differentially expressed proteins, a method for identifying compounds for prevention and therapy of Alzheimer's disease, and a method for the therapeutic use of the compounds.SOLUTION: The diagnosis method for Alzheimer's disease in a subject includes detecting one or more differentially expressed proteins identified by the method described herein, within a tissue sample or body fluid sample from the subject.
