PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin laminate including noncontinuous reinforced fiber and matrix resin, especially, a fiber-reinforced resin laminate excellent in absorbing energy while maintaining advantages of fiber-reinforced resin such as the lightweight and high rigidity.SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced resin laminate 1 including the noncontinuous fiber-reinforced fibers (A) 2, 3 and 4 and the matrix resin (B) includes at least lamination units (1) and (2), wherein an average of a flexion degree H1 of reinforced fiber (A1) included in the lamination unit (1) is 1.0 or more and less than 1.1, and an average of a flexion degree H2 of reinforced fiber (A2) included in the lamination unit (2) is 1.1 or more and 1.5 or less, and a volume fraction V1 of the reinforced fiber included in the lamination unit (1) is higher than a volume fraction V2 of the reinforced fiber included in the lamination unit (2) for 5% or more. |
