PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectifying circuit which does not cause a low forward voltage drop and a current reverse flow.SOLUTION: According to the rectifying circuit, when a potential at the other end of a current path of a third semiconductor element is equal to or higher than a potential at the other end of a current path of a second semiconductor element, the current path of the second semiconductor element becomes conductive. As a result, a potential at a first control end, to which a potential at one end of the current path of the second semiconductor element is transmitted, drops to cause a current path of a first semiconductor element to be nonconductive. When a potential at the other end of the current path of the third semiconductor element is lower than a potential at the other end of the current path of the second semiconductor element, the current path of the second semiconductor element becomes nonconductive. As a result, a potential at the first control end, to which a potential at one end of the current path of the second semiconductor element is transmitted, rises to make a path between the other end of the current path of the second semiconductor element, to which the other end the current path of the first semiconductor element is connected, and the other end of the current path of the third semiconductor element, serve as a rectifying current path. |
