PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device without obliquely inclining a sheet, even if a thick sheet is moved in the width direction in a carrying passage of a small radius of curvature.SOLUTION: A shift unit 108 is arranged downstream of inlet roller pairs 102 of the sheet processing device 100 and upstream of a branch point of a carrying passage to an upper tray 136 and a lower tray 137. The shift unit 108 integrally moves shift roller pairs 105 and 107 separated at a distance in the carrying direction of the sheet in the width direction of the sheet, and performs an offset of a lateral registration error in the sheet and the setting of a shift quantity with every group of the sheet. |
