PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which has good adhesiveness to an optical film, and does not cause foaming and floating-peeling on the adhesion interface even when exposed under a high temperature and pressure, under a high temperature, or under a high temperature and moisture for a long period after an optical film is adhered to an adherend, and which is excellent in transparency and reworkability, free of breeding, and good in antistatic property.SOLUTION: The antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition contains 100 pts.wt of an urethane resin (A), 0.1-5.0 pts.wt of a fatty acid ester derivative (B) having at least one hydroxyl group, and 0.1-3.0 pts.wt of a curing agent (C). The urethane resin (A) is obtained by reacting a polyol (a1) having a polypropylene glycol skeleton with a polyisocyanate (b). |
