PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton making machine for a corrugated cardboard sheet without the occurrence of slipping when the corrugated cardboard sheet fed from feed rolls transfers onto a carriage conveyor.SOLUTION: The carton making machine 1 for the corrugated cardboard sheet includes: a printing section printing on the corrugated cardboard sheet with use of print cylinders 18 where printing plates with different thicknesses can be attached; the carriage conveyors 28 carrying the corrugated cardboard sheet; the feed rolls 4; a sheet feeder 2; and a controller 10. The controller controls the speed of the carriage conveyor so that it matches the circumferential speed of the outer diameter of the print cylinders, seeks a phase displacement amount of the print in advance to correct it, and controls the speed of the feed rolls so that it matches the feed speed of the sheet by the sheet feeder at the time when the leading end of the corrugated cardboard sheet reaches the feed rolls, and also controls the speed of the feed rolls so that it matches the speed of the carriage conveyor when the leading end of the corrugated cardboard sheet passes through the feed rolls and reaches the reference position corresponding to the length of the corrugated cardboard sheet with a minimum dimension. |
