The invention relates to a rotational hydraulic and mechanical device intended to produce mechanical or electrical energy, without constraints of pollution or resources or environmental constraints. It consists of one or more columns (1) filled with liquid (3) and each comprising two pistons, and at each end a sealed chamber (4) in which each piston (5) slides. The device rotates about an axle (2). The buoyancy acting on the immersed part (5) and (7) of the pistons causes the centre of gravity of the device to rise above the central rotary axle (2), creating an unstable gravitational equilibrium which causes the device to start rotating. The alternation of the extension and retraction of the pistons as each column passes into the vertical repeats the same mechanism and keeps the device rotating. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the production of mechanical or electrical energy. |
