The anchor (1) i.e. console anchor, has a facade held and mounted by a fastener that is connected with an inner shell (2) of a construction body (3) e.g. concrete, where the anchor is connected with the inner shell of the body by an intermediate member (4) that maintains heat flow. The intermediate member consists of a material with a low heat conductance and high compression strength, and is formed as a thick-walled plate (5), where the anchor is connected with the inner shell of the body by the intermediate member, and the walled plate includes a dimensionally-shaped body. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a facade anchor.
