<p>Disclosed is a solid-state imaging device (1) that is provided with an imaging light-receiving unit (10), a trigger light-receiving unit (20), a row selection unit (30), a column selection unit (40), a holding unit (50), a pixel data output unit (60), a trigger data output unit (70), and a control unit (80). When the absolute value of the trigger data exceeds a first threshold value, and that state has continued for at least a predetermined time t1, the control unit (80) determines that light incidence has started, and starts a charge accumulation operation for each pixel, and when the absolute value of the trigger data has dropped below a second threshold value, and that state has continued for at least a predetermined time t2, light incidence is determined to have ended, and a charge transfer operation and a data output operation are carried out on each pixel. As a result of this configuration, the solid-state imaging device can perform accurate imaging for a variety of applications and incident light patterns.</p> |
