<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of operation by reducing the frequency of removing foreign matters. <P>SOLUTION: An optical sheet unit 28 disposed between a liquid crystal panel 11 and a linear light source 27 is manufactured as follows: after having laminated a plurality of optical sheets 30, light is made to irradiate the backside of optical sheets 30; the light is passed through a liquid crystal panel 40 for inspection, which has a configuration forming each wiring 22A, 23A, 24A, being in grid forms with light shielding properties against a translucent glass substrate 15A and whose aperture ratio is set equal to that of the liquid crystal panel 11 of products, and inspected; thus, the foreign matters X are detected in operation when the foreign matters X exist among the optical sheets 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
