<p>An inflatable air bag is provided inside a blood pressure cuff to restrict blood flow. An air supply tube is airtightly connected to a connector portion of the air bag, an extending direction of the air supply tube being changeable in the cuff. An indicator is provided on an outer surface of the cuff to indicate around which one of the left and right arm of a user and in which direction the cuff is required to be placed. Moreover, a handle is provided to the indicator, the handle being used for pulling the cuff to place it around the left or right arm. The cuff may be provided with a mechanism for changing the extending direction of the air tube being cooperated with pulling the handle.</p> |
