<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell ensuring higher insulation property and heat radiation property with a simplified structure to realize high reliability and power generation efficiency, and also to provide a concentrated solar power generation unit provided with such a solar cell to ensure higher heat radiating property, productivity and power generation efficiency with a simplified heat radiating structure. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell 10 is provided with: a concentrated solar cell element 11 for generating electrical power by photoelectric conversion of the condensed and irradiated solar beam; and a receiver substrate 20 mounting the same solar cell element 11. The receiver substrate 20 is provided with: a base board 21; an intermediate insulating layer 22 laminated on the base board 21; a connecting pattern layer 23 laminated on the intermediate insulating layer 22; and a surface protection layer 27 for protecting the connecting pattern layer 23.
