<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin extruder for a resin molding machine which can prevent the occurrence of the oxidation deterioration of a molten resin at the extruding section, and realize the prevention at a low cost, in the injection-molding or the extrusion-molding of a resin, and to provide an extruding method using the machine. <P>SOLUTION: On a heating-melting cylinder 30, an outlet side pressure sensor 31 is provided, and the heating-melting cylinder 30 is filled with an inert gas. A control section 70 checks the filling situation of a resin material P from the output of the outlet side pressure sensor 31, and judges the switching from a state in which the inert gas is fed to a state in which vacuumization is performed. Then, the control section controls a vacuumizing means and an inert gas feeding means in such a manner that the inside of the heating-melting cylinder 30 may be vacuumized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
