<p>The roller chain has bolts (1), two sleeves (2), a roller (3), an inner plate (4) and outer plate (5). The sleeves are connected with each other by the inner plate and a chain link is formed. The roller is rotatably supported on the respective sleeve surrounding it and two consecutive chain links are hinge-connected. Each sleeve is arranged on the bolt protruding over the two ends of the sleeves. A portion of the sleeves consists of a copper alloy and the sleeves are produced in a compact deformation process.</p> |
