PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a BT server (mobile station) capable of deciding the condition under communication at present and determining whether to accept a connection request when the connection request of the next data communication (or voice communication) comes from a BT client (BT terminal) during voice communication (or data communication). SOLUTION: Busy processing S4 is performed via a hands-free unit 100, a mobile phone 300 and a base station 400 by BT (Bluetooth(R)) HFP procedures between the hands-free unit 100 (BT client) and the mobile phone 300 (BT server). When a DUN connection request for data communication comes from a personal computer 200 (BT client) during that call, since the mobile phone 300 can perform the multi-operation of a BT profile and DUN connection itself but a high-order application layer is under a speech S4 at present and can not perform the multi-operation with data communication, a DUN connection NG signal S6 is returned to the personal computer 200.
