<p>A pre-blend of components for use in making a soil treatment composition which comprises a first component which is papermaking sludge ash and a second component which is a Ca0 containing formulation having an XRF reading of at least 60% CaO. The weight ratio of the papermaking sludge ash to the CaO containing formulation is in the range 20%:80% to 70%:30%. A third component may include cement, blast-furnace slag or fly ash. Also shown is a process for making the soil treatment composition and a method for treating soil using the composition.</p> |
