<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of deformation such as distortion and warping in a frame member when positioning and fixing the frame member for holding a workpiece on a surface plate. <P>SOLUTION: Even if a corner part of one optional square hole inner peripheral face among square hole inner peripheral faces of positioning holes 6a, 6b is formed in a distorted condition when forming a shape of the positioning holes 6a, 6b on a frame member side positioned by cylindrical positioning pins 7a, 7b on a surface plate side into a square shape and machining and forming the positioning holes 6a, 6b, the positioning holes 6a, 6b are precisely aligned with the positioning pins 7a, 7b in the other parts of the hole inner peripheral faces of the positioning holes 6a, 6b, and are easily fitted into the positioning pins 7a, 7b. When positioning and fixing the frame member, it is unnecessary to apply unreasonable force, compared with a conventional example of a positioning hole having a distorted elliptical shape, and occurrence of deformation such as distortion and warping is prevented in the frame member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
