One of the working shafts (37-40) is moved in accordance with the linear movement of the driving shafts (60, 61). The movement of one of the working shafts (37, 39), which is moved by the driving shaft (60, 61), is transmitted via a pinion gear (35, 36) to the other working shaft (38, 40) in a direction opposite to a direction of the movement of the one working shaft (37, 39). A bend operation wire (14) is pulled by the movement of the working shaft that moves to the driving source unit (8B) side, and a bending section (10) is bent.
