<p>The method involves providing a projectile (5) with an elastic section or a plastic section. Pressurized fluid is made to enter into the chamber while pushing the projectile. Volume of the chamber and outer diameters of the projectile are changed depending on fluid pressure (p). Pressure of the fluid and/or pressure in liquefied material or a process factor depending on the pressure is controlled, so that the volume of the chamber and outer diameters are increased and/or decreased. A predetermined value is received in the outer diameters over a feeding path (x) in a conveying direction (F).
