PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system having a long service life and capable of using the whole surface of one-side surface of an illumination panel as a light emitting surface. SOLUTION: This illumination panel using EL is provided with: a translucent substrate 21; a light emitting part 22 including an EL luminescent layer; a light emission power source part 23 for supplying power to the light emitting part 22; and a sealing member 24 for sealing the light emitting part and the light emission power source part 23 in a sealed space formed by the translucent substrate 21 and itself. The light emission power source part 23 includes an induction winding 231 to be induction-coupled to an external winding 111 on the side of a power supply device 1, and a core member 232 with the induction winding 231 wound around it. A power supply device 2 for an illumination panel is provided with a power supply part 11 for supplying power to the light emission power source part 23 of the illumination panel 2 without contacting it. The power supply part 11 includes the external winding 111 connected to an external power source, and an external core member 112 having the external winding 111 wound around it for forming an external magnetic path.
