PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve scratch resistance while preventing hurting and blocking during the production of a sheet, cracking during molding, the flow and deformation of a coating film, the dispersion of curing, the lowering of productivity, etc., in simultaneous decoration with injection molding with the use of a polycarbonate resin, etc., as injection resins. SOLUTION: A decorative sheet S is formed by a process in which on the surface side of a base material sheet 1 of a transparent thermoplastic polyester resin, a transparent surface protective layer 2 of a cured ionizing radiation curable acrylate resin added with alumina particles is laminated, and on the back side of the base material sheet, a decorative layer 3 in which a coloring agent is added into a binder resin prepared by the reaction between a polyesterpolyol, and an isocyanate and an adhesive layer 4 containing a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer as a main component are laminated. A desired decorated molding can be obtained by decorating simultaneously with injection molding with the decorative sheet. |
