The method comprising the steps of: assigning an address to the home-based network device, wherein said address is a function of a public identity of a subscriber associated with said home-based network device. The method further comprising registering the address of said home-based network device in an addressing space containing addressing information of other home-based network devices and providing access said home-based network device to users that are not associated with said home-based network device.</p> |
