The chuck (1) has radially displaceable locking units ( 7a, 7b), a hollow cylindrical sleeve (4) for receiving a working tool (2), and a strip-shaped, rotation-transmitting web (5a) projecting radially inward from the sleeve. Guide units (9a, 9b) are provided in a working tool-side guide region (F) of a guide diameter (D) of the sleeve and spaced from the webs. Clamping sleeves (8a, 8b) displace the guide units radially inwardly. The guide units are formed as segments of hollow cylinders and are arranged between the webs with a possibility of tangential displacement between the webs. |
