The device has a hollow winding cylinder (1) connecting an upper plate and a lower plate (11). Each of the plates includes central cavities whose shapes and dimensions are adapted to form a passage for piles. A retaining /releasing unit (12) is mounted in a lower part of the cylinder, and least three fingers (120) and receives an elastic collar integrated to an end of a mussel rope. An actuation unit drives lifting of the retaining /releasing unit with respect to the cylinder. A control unit i.e. cable (4), is connected to the actuation unit and parallel to a pole. |
