The oven has a cooking cavity placed in a body. A steam generator produces steam to be diffused in the cavity. A water filling valve (16) supplies water from the generator by a hydraulic circuit. A guiding support (20) guides the valve assembled on a structure of the oven. The valve comprises an elastic return element (21) i.e. spring blade, on both sides of a median plane (M) passing through the valve, where the elastic element is supported on a wall (22) of the guiding support of the valve.
