The hanger has a hull provided with a central opening to allow passage of a suspension hook (2) and defining two hanger side arms that extend on both sides of a central part (1) integrated to the suspension hook. A long opening (5) extends between curved sides (6, 7) of the central part. A fixing support (8) fixes the suspension hook, and is arranged on top of a rear hull (3). A rod of the suspension hook is positioned in a projection of the long opening. Each of the two vertical fixation ends of trousers carrying bar (15) is provided with a pivoting hinge (16). The rod is made of polypropylene or plastic.
