The crankshaft has a connecting rod that is allowed to relate a small diametrical pressure and large force applied to a connected rod. The connected rod is integrally connected to the crankshaft without application of diametrical pressure. A piston engine mechanically creates a decompression chamber by a consequent extension of a course with respect to a bore so as to offer an integral relaxation of gas combustion, where the decompression chamber is bulkier than an initial compression chamber.
