The kiln has a cooking cavity placed in a body. A vapor generator produces vapor to be diffused in the cooking cavity. A water filling box (16) supplies water to the vapor generator by a hydraulic circuit. A display device (19) displays a water level (21) in the hydraulic circuit. A light emission device (20) emits light through the filling box to indicate the water level inside the box on the display device. A light source (25) i.e. LED, of the emission device is mounted on a plate of a printed circuit (26).
