Electrical energy billing verification method for e.g. controlling billing of customers, involves collecting real billing data from Internet site, and identifying billing anomalies by comparison of real and theoretical billing data

The method involves generating test operations e.g. electricity consumption and/or electricity production, on test sites by test operation generating devices (200a-200c) located on the test sites. Theoretical billing data are calculated for the test operations on the test sites. Real billing data produced by electricity supplier for the test operations are collected from Internet site (312). Billing anomalies are identified by comparison of the real billing data and the theoretical billing data. An independent claim is also included for a system for verifying billing of electrical energy.
