The kart has a carburation unit receiving oxidizer and a fuel and delivering a mixture to an engine. An adjusting unit adjusts power of the engine. The adjusting unit includes a modification unit i.e. disk (24), modifying a section of an oxidizer inlet in the carburation unit and/or a mixture outlet section of the carburation unit. The modification unit takes two predetermined positions corresponding to predefined powers. An actuating unit i.e. key (29), actuates the modification unit and allows the passage from one of the predetermined positions to the other predetermined position. The adjusting unit is assembled in and/or on an air filter (23) or an air case (21).
