<p>The shoe has an air bag (20) filled with air and placed inside a through sole (12). An air inlet duct (22) connects an outer side of the shoe to the bag. An air outlet duct (25) connects the bag to an inner side of a rigid inner sole (13). A distribution unit distributes air inside the shoe. The bag is entirely incorporated in a rear part of the through sole such that a heel of a user is not sagged with respect to rest of the user's foot in a support phase. The through sole is made of polyurethane foam.</p>
