The terminal has a support (11) equipped with fixed plates that are respectively fixed at a barrel (1) and a sleeve (3), where the fixed plates are integrated with respect to each other by actionable integration unit through an upper opening of the barrel. A lid (2) blocks the upper opening, and is fixed at an upper end of the barrel by an inviolable fixing unit. The actionable integration unit is equipped with a bolt, where a nut of the bolt is fixed at the fixed plates of the sleeve. The barrel is made of stainless steel. The sleeve is made of galvanized steel.
