The terminal (3) has a connection unit connecting the terminal to a structure (4) e.g. wall, of a vehicle for permitting degree of freedom in rotation of the terminal with respect to the structure. A spherical surface is housed in a spherical chamber (41) complementary to the structure of the vehicle in a manner to form a ball-joint connection with the structure of the vehicle. A blocking unit blocks the rotation of the terminal with respect to the structure of the vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a control device comprising a sheath terminal.
