The part has a trochlea path that forms a groove extended between interior or exterior walls. Depth of the groove is increased from an anterior edge (1) of an end of the femoral part to maximum depth point and decreases to an end of a trochlea part (3) and start of one of condyles (4). The trochlea part includes a transition zone that is provided between two planes (S2, S3) and a beginning zone extended from the anterior edge to a third plane (S1).
