The heater has a U-shaped electric heat source (1) and conformation parts shifted in direction of air flow of convection to be heated to create surfaces nonparallel to direction of convection, where leading edges of the electric heat source increases coefficient of heat exchange and reduces temperature of the heater while removing phenomenon of boundary layer by allowing brewed and homogenized mixture of heated air. The conformation parts are spaced to limit pressure losses due to the leading edges.
