<p>The exchanger (1) has a cylindrical tank (2) provided with a tangential entry of air (6) located partly at bottom, provided with a radial exit (7) for treated air and located partly at top, where the exchanger is connected at its two ends with a coolant circuit circulating from an upper end (4) to a lower end (5). The tank is provided with a deflector (9) located partly at top with respect to the radial exit. The radial exit and the deflector are provided in an identical cylindrical form. A surface of the deflector is equal to that of the radial exit. An independent claim is also included for an installation for recuperation of energy contained in foul air at a professional kitchen, comprising a foul air collecting device.</p> |
