The case (A) has a parallelepiped opening at its upper part (C) for introducing a cigarette packet (B). Lateral sides of the case comprise a circular opening (D) through which consumed filters (F) are introduced, where the consumed filters are isolated by lowering cigarette package sealing access orifices. Withdrawal of the cigarette packet from the case allows releasing the consumed filters from the cigarette packet at any time. The circular opening comprises a diameter ranging about 10 millimeter.
