The device (10) has a drilling tool (40) i.e. pneumatic power hammer, controlled by a control case (BC). A frame (20) is embarked on a building machine (1). A mobile carriage (30) is carried by the frame on which the drilling tool is fixed, where the drilling tool is in a tool support (50). An axis of the drilling tool is parallel to a displacement axis of the mobile carriage. A driving unit i.e. jack (32), is coupled to the mobile carriage to move the mobile carriage between a retracted position and a left position in which the drilling tool is at work and allows drilling of a wall.
