The device has a vertical shaft guided at its two ends, where the device is integrated into a low standard furniture whose length and breadth are 500mm and height is 700mm. A plate is fixed on the shaft, and supports household waste collecting receptacles. The shaft, the plate and the receptacles form an assembly driven by a motor (6) coupled by a belt pulley system. Angular positioning of the assembly is assured by a micro automaton (9), where commands of the micro automaton are off-set on a tactile operator console (1) to provide information to a user.
