<p>A device for sorting microscope slides includes two magazines for a reserve of supports, disposed in a vertical stack. The magazines are mounted to permit reciprocatory displacement in the horizontal plane adjacent to the working area. The device is provided with a means for extracting supports into the working position adjacent to the working area, which is made in the form of two independent drives, one of which is designed for reciprocatory displacement of the magazines in the horizontal plane, while the second is designed for metered stepwise lowering relative to the working area. The device is provided with a means for feeding a microscope slide into a support, which is made in the form of a pusher, provided with a separate drive for reciprocatory motion in the working area. In a second embodiment of the device, the magazines are disposed in a horizontal row. The means for extracting a support into the working position is made in the form of a drive for metered stepwise lowering of the magazine relative to the working area. The means for feeding a microscope slide is made in the form of a pusher with a drive for reciprocatory motion in a direction perpendicular to the row of magazines, and with a separate drive for reciprocatory displacement along the row of magazines.</p> |
