PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded type marker lamp capable of preventing generation of dew condensation, even when the temperature of the outside of the lamp drops comparatively, and to provide its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The embedded type marker lamp is equipped with an internal space constituted liquid-tightly by an upper lamp and a lamp cover; an optical unit which is arranged in the internal space and emits light from the upper lamp; a leak valve which is installed in a communication hole between the internal space and the outside, and air which is filled in the internal space and has a dew point of -5°C or lower and -35°C or higher.
